The location was great, close to downtown and many restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to get to the hotel by public transport from the bus terminal. The breakfast was delicious.

The windows were outdated and poorly insulated, allowing in a lot of noise from the street. The hot water took too long to heat up in the shower.

Our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. The freshly squeezed orange juice and mashed avocado breakfast were a hit with us.

It was great to have a room with a fantastic view of the city and harbour. the breakfast on the top floor was amazing and very enjoyable. the location was quiet and felt safe to walk around at night.

We also felt pressured by the staff to pay extra for New Year's Eve festivities, which turned out to be a disappointment.
